When you buy a franchise from us your site contracts are guaranteed for 2 years

• from the contract start date for that site
• as long as the client considers your work satisfactory

Guarantee Cover

The 2 year Guarantee provides cover in these situations

• when the contract is terminated for reasons beyond your control – such as client relocation, closure, liquidation or down-sizing
• if the franchisee is not invited to negotiate on price
• if the franchisee loses the contract on price alone

Guarantee means free replacement work

For example – if through no fault of your own you lose a contract site a year after the start of your franchise – we will find you a replacement site of equal value at no cost

• we will guarantee this site for the remaining year of the 2 year guarantee period
