1. Will you help me with new business leads?

We offer free leads – your success is our success. Most franchise companies do not offer free leads

2. Is buying contracts from you the only way I can grow my business?

No – you can convert free leads, or you can grow your business by finding your own clients. Upsell to your customers with extra services.

3. Will the contracts you sell me be new to both of us?

Yes and no. Most customers we introduce are already our customers. Some customers will be brand new

4. How practical is your training?

Our training is hands on, crafted from 25 years of working in the cleaning industry. We have some classroom style theory training, practical training session on equipment, optional specialist training in window, carpet and upholstery cleaning and hard floor maintenance

5. Does your franchise have an edge in the marketplace?

When you buy a cleaning franchise you need all the administrative and technical support you can get our group’s Quality Assurance system and technical know how is excellent our EQUIP 8 Quality Improvement Protocols work brilliantly

6. Are you negotiable on your franchise contract?

Most franchise cleaning companies would say NO! We are flexible, fair – and open to negotiation
